iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max Open for Pre-Order With Apple's First 2nm A20 Pro Chip
Apple's new Pro-tier iPhones went up for pre-order this Saturday, led by the 2nm A20 Pro processor that pushes clock speeds close to 5GHz.

Pre-orders for Apple's iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max opened this Saturday, according to reporting from GSMArena. The vanilla iPhone 18 is not expected to arrive until next year, and a further iPhone Duo is also said to be coming.
Both Pro models are built around the A20 Pro, described by GSMArena as Apple's first 2nm chip. The processor runs at close to 5GHz, peaking at 4.93GHz, and GSMArena reported that it posted high Geekbench scores. The devices are also said to offer longer battery life, with the Pro Max seeing the greater gain, and to include a variable aperture camera.
