EstateMin, a LegalTech startup founded in Ireland, has raised €1 million in pre-Seed funding to support its growth in the United States, according to EU-Startups.
The company offers an AI-powered platform that helps trust and estate law firms manage estate values. The round drew participation from NDRC, First Port Syndicate and Enterprise Ireland, the latter investing through its High Potential Start-Up programme. Angel investors Mike Hanrahan, Moira McKenna and Conor Stanley also took part, alongside other Irish angels.
EstateMin was established in Ireland in 2024 and is now based in Brooklyn, New York. Its co-founder and chief executive, Isabella Hughes, is a law graduate and former international boxer who previously worked as a legal executive. EU-Startups reported that she developed the idea after spending time manually retyping client information into legal documents, a process she considers unnecessary. Hughes built the company with Oisín Dolphin, a machine learning specialist with more than eight years of experience, who became interested in the problem after going through probate following his father's death. The two met at an NDRC founder weekend.
