Samsung has brought its Galaxy S26 FE to India, roughly a month after the phone's global debut. Sales are set to begin in the country on September 18, according to GSMArena.
The device is priced at INR 79,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage version, and comes in three colour options: Blueberry, Graphite, and Pistachio. It runs on an Exynos 2500 chipset and has a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with Full-HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of up to 1,900 nits.
Separately, Samsung's broader Galaxy S26 range could become more expensive in South Korea. Android Authority, citing the South Korean outlet Hans Economy, reported that a carrier told retailers wholesale prices for every Galaxy S26 model would rise by 149,600 won (around $110) on October 1. The reported increase is notable because the phones launched in March, placing the change nearly seven months into their sales cycle. Android Authority linked the potential move to rising RAM and component costs. According to the report, Samsung said it is reviewing its pricing but has not reached a final decision, and there is no sign of a similar increase in the United States.
