SteelSeries Unveils Aeon Pro Controller With QuickSwitch Dock for Xbox and PC
The gaming peripheral maker says the Aeon Pro is the first controller to feature a QuickSwitch Dock System for PC and Xbox, alongside hot-swappable batteries and an onboard OLED screen.

SteelSeries has introduced the Aeon Pro, a new controller aimed at players who move between PC and Xbox systems.
According to details published by TechPowerUp, the device includes what SteelSeries describes as the world's first QuickSwitch Dock System for PC and Xbox, a feature the company notes is patent pending. The controller also carries an Infinite Power System built around dual hot-swappable batteries, allowing players to change power sources without stopping play.
Other listed features include Hall Effect thumbsticks intended to avoid stick drift, triggers and mechanical switches throughout the controller for tactile input, and an onboard OLED screen that provides access to customized profiles.
SteelSeries positions the Aeon Pro as a premium, or luxury, controller for players who use more than one platform.
