TRM Labs said on September 9 2026 that it has doubled its valuation to $2 billion after raising a strategic expansion of its Series C round. Blockchain Capital led the financing, which came just months after the company's previous Series C in February 2026.
The company reported that its annual recurring revenue has quadrupled over the past three years. The raise comes as demand rises for software that pairs blockchain intelligence with artificial intelligence to investigate financial crime, fraud and other illicit activity.
More than 600 government agencies and private-sector institutions across 75 countries now use the platform, according to TRM. Customers rely on the technology to investigate digital fraud, scams, cybercrime, child exploitation, money laundering and sanctions evasion.
