Amazon has added two products to its Alexa device lineup: the Echo Show 16, a 16-inch smart display, and the company's first Alexa-powered digital photo frame.
The Echo Show 16 expands Amazon's range of smart displays, which already spans sizes from the Echo Show 5 to the Echo Show 15 and the larger Echo Show 21. Amazon describes the new model as its most powerful smart display to date. It comes with a standard version and a Nanomatte option that adds an anti-glare coating similar to the one on the Alexa Tablet 12 Pro. The display includes ten speakers and built-in Fire TV support, according to Android Authority. Buyers can choose at purchase whether to wall-mount the device or set it on a table or counter using an adjustable stand.
The new Alexa Photo Frame marks Amazon's first entry in that product type. It will be offered in standard, Walnut, and Birch wood finishes. As Engadget reported, users can ask Alexa which images they want the frame to display.
