Anthropic has begun restoring access to two of its newest AI models after US authorities lifted an export order that had frozen availability for users worldwide, according to reporting from CoinDesk and Cointelegraph. The decision matters for European businesses and developers that rely on frontier US models, many of whom were locked out during the restriction period alongside customers everywhere else.
