Apple has scheduled its next product event for Wednesday, September 9, at 10am PT (1pm ET), according to invitations the company has sent out.
According to Android Authority, the event is expected to feature the iPhone 18 Pro series. The outlet also reported that Apple is anticipated to introduce its first foldable iPhone, a device it described as one of the most eagerly awaited models in the smartphone market. Android Authority noted that new Apple Watch models and a refreshed Apple TV 4K could also appear at the event.
Both Android Authority and Engadget raised the possibility that the event could mark the debut of a foldable iPhone, which would place Apple in a product category already occupied by rivals. Android Authority pointed to recent launches of the Pixel 11 and the Galaxy Z Fold 8 as competing devices already on the market.
