Crypto-linked stocks rallied on Friday, recovering from losses earlier in the week, after U.S. regulators signalled they would push ahead with cryptocurrency and blockchain rules despite the Senate declining to advance the CLARITY Act.
According to Yahoo Finance data cited by BitKE, Strategy climbed more than 13%, while Coinbase and American Bitcoin each gained roughly 11%. Robinhood rose close to 9%, and Circle, Strive and bitcoin miner Riot Platforms advanced between 5% and 7%. Bitcoin itself gained about 5% over 24 hours, trading near $80,800.
The rebound reversed part of the sell-off that followed the Senate's failure on September 15, 2026 to move forward with the broader crypto market-structure legislation. After that vote, Coinbase and Circle had dropped about 10%, Strategy and Strive fell roughly 5%, and American Bitcoin declined around 8%.
