A wave of European startups disclosed new funding this week, with rounds ranging from pre-seed cheques to a Series A worth more than 200 million euros. The deals span AI hardware, legal technology, freight charging, developer cloud tooling and food ingredients.
EUCLYD raises over 200 million euros for AI infrastructure
Eindhoven-based semiconductor systems company EUCLYD secured a Series A of more than 200 million euros to develop what it describes as ultra-efficient infrastructure for foundation AI models. The round was co-led by Samsung, Somerset Capital Partners, the EQT-managed Scaleup Europe Fund, and Innovation Industries, with additional backing from EIFO (Denmark's export and investment fund), imec.xpand, the Brabant Development Agency (BOM), and Quadri.
