
FBI Director Patel Discloses Strategy Stock Holdings Months Late

FBI Director Kash Patel has disclosed a stock position in Strategy, the Bitcoin treasury firm formerly known as MicroStrategy, several months after the required filing deadline, according to reporting from Cointelegraph and Decrypt.
What Was Disclosed
Patel purchased shares in Strategy in November of last year but did not report the holding on time, Decrypt reported. The disclosed stake is valued at between $100,001 and $250,000, according to Cointelegraph's account of the filing. Decrypt noted that the position has since fallen sharply in value, down roughly 44% from the time of purchase.
