
FintechOS Raises $28M in Equity and Debt After Reaching Profitability
The Romania-founded, London-headquartered fintech will use the funds to expand in the US, win European clients, and scale its AI technology.

FintechOS, a Romania-founded startup that supplies AI and software services to banks and insurance firms, has raised $28 million in combined equity and debt financing, the company announced. The funding came from existing investors, including Bek Ventures, IFC, Cipio Partners and Molten Ventures, with a senior debt facility provided by Santander Corporate Investment Banking.
Founded in 2017, FintechOS is headquartered in London and also operates offices in Bucharest and New York. The company says it has raised more than $150 million in total. It plans to use the new capital to grow its presence in the United States, attract additional European clients, and expand its AI technology.
