
FintechOS Raises $28M in Equity and Debt to Fund US Expansion
The Romania-founded, London-headquartered B2B software firm says it reached profitability in the first half of 2026, driven by US growth.

FintechOS, a business software company founded in Romania in 2017 and now headquartered in London, has secured $28 million in a combination of equity and debt, according to a report by Tech.eu.
The equity portion came from existing backers, including Bek Ventures, IFC, Cipio Partners and Molten Ventures, while the debt facility was provided by Santander Corporate Investment Banking. The round brings the company's total funding to more than $150 million.
FintechOS sells AI and software services to banks and insurance firms, operating as a technology layer that sits on top of existing banking and insurance systems. This lets clients launch and manage financial products without replacing their core infrastructure. Beyond its London base, the company maintains offices in Bucharest and New York.
