Google Says It Has Fixed Google Home Playlist Bug
Google reports it has resolved a fault that caused Home smart speakers to play the wrong playlists when users made specific requests.

Google has said it fixed a bug that caused Google Home smart speakers to play the wrong music when users asked for a specific playlist, according to Android Authority.
Affected users had reported that their devices played unrelated songs, albums, or playlists rather than what they requested. The problem was raised in at least two recent threads on the r/googlehome subreddit, where the company's official Nest Community account responded that it had fixed the issue causing incorrect playlists to play. Google asked users to report back if the problem persisted.
Google has not said what caused the fault, and Android Authority noted it was still awaiting confirmation from users that the fix was working. The report added that the playlist issue followed a separate YouTube Music playback bug that affected Nest Hubs a couple of months earlier.
