HappyRobot, a company building agentic AI systems for supply chains, has closed a $150 million Series C round, according to Tech.eu. The financing was led by Prysm Capital and co-led by Eurazeo.
The round values HappyRobot at $1.2 billion post-money and brings the company's total funding to roughly $200 million. Existing backers a16z, Base10 and Y Combinator increased their commitments, and the round drew participation from strategic investors including Koch Disruptive Technologies, KFund, Orange, T.Capital (Deutsche Telekom), Bankinter, Endeavor Catalyst and Wave-X.
