Swedish AI software creation platform Lovable has raised €343 million ($400 million) in a Series C round that values the Stockholm-based company at €11.4 billion ($13.3 billion), according to EU-Startups and Tech.eu. The valuation is more than double the $6.6 billion figure attached to the company's December 2025 Series B, when it raised $330 million.
The round was led by Menlo Ventures, a returning backer, and co-led by the Scaleup Europe Fund, which is managed by EQT. Tech.eu described the vehicle as a new €5 billion European investment fund.
