NEURA Robotics Acquires Adlatus to Bring Physical AI to Cleaning Robots
Germany's NEURA Robotics is buying all shares in Ulm-based Adlatus Robotics, folding its autonomous cleaning machines into the company's Neuraverse platform.

NEURA Robotics, a cognitive robotics company based in Metzingen, Germany, has agreed to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Adlatus Robotics, a maker of autonomous cleaning robots headquartered in Ulm. The transaction was carried out through NEURA Mobile Robots GmbH, the group's logistics and automated-vehicle unit.
Adlatus has developed autonomous cleaning and sweeping robots for sectors including industry, logistics, healthcare, and commercial and public spaces. According to Tech.eu, the company has hundreds of systems deployed, along with its own navigation software and experience in real-world cleaning processes. NEURA plans to add sensor and AI capabilities to Adlatus systems and integrate them into its Neuraverse platform, which brings together AI models, sensor data and capabilities across different machines.
