Staff at Ninja Theory, the Cambridge-based studio known for the Hellblade series, have begun posting on LinkedIn that they have been laid off or face losing their jobs, according to reporting from TechPowerUp and GamesIndustry.biz. The posts were first noticed by journalist Chris Kerr and reportedly came from a range of roles, including a technical director, a gameplay programmer, sound designers, and technical artists.

Gameplay programmer Katrin Mair wrote in her post that it was sad knowing the team would not get to finish what it had been working on.
