
OKX and NYSE Parent ICE File for 24/7 Tokenized US Stock Trading
OKXICE, a joint venture between OKX and Intercontinental Exchange, has asked US regulators to approve round-the-clock trading in tokenized shares of 63 US-listed companies.

OKXICE, a joint venture formed by cryptocurrency exchange OKX and Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the owner of the New York Stock Exchange, has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to launch a platform for trading tokenized U.S. stocks around the clock.
According to BitKE, the proposed platform would initially offer tokenized shares of 63 companies listed on U.S. exchanges. Cointelegraph reported that the filing covers more than 60 US-listed companies. The venture intends to operate under the SEC's recently introduced innovation exemption, CoinDesk and Cointelegraph reported.
