
Omilia Lands $67M Series B to Grow Enterprise AI Customer Service Platform
The Cyprus-based agentic CX firm plans to open its first US office in the second half of 2026 as it accelerates North American expansion.

Omilia, an enterprise customer experience company based in Cyprus, has closed a Series B funding round of €58.1 million (about $67 million), led by Expedition Growth Capital. According to Ventureburn, the round is Omilia's second institutional raise since it was founded.
The company said it will use the capital to accelerate growth in North America and internationally. EU-Startups reported that the plans include opening Omilia's first US office in the second half of 2026, following a series of senior go-to-market hires as it builds out its global commercial organisation.
