Paris-based Primo raises €6.9 million for autonomous AI agents in IT operations
The French startup, which unifies device management, SaaS access, identity and IT support, plans to expand its autonomous AI agents for corporate IT teams.

Primo, a Paris-based AI platform for managing corporate IT, has raised €6.9 million (about $8 million), the company said. The round was led by California-based Headline and Global Founders Capital, the venture capital platform of Rocket Internet.
Additional backing came from Arthur Waller and Romain Niccoli, the co-founders and chief executives of French accounting platform Pennylane and planning software firm Pigment, respectively.
Founded in 2022 by Martin Pannier, Primo brings together a company's devices, SaaS applications, identity and IT support desk on a single platform. According to Tech.eu, the startup targets the fragmented systems used by corporate IT teams, which often rely on separate tools for devices, software and support requests.
