
Samsung Reportedly Planning Five Foldable Phones for 2025
Insiders cited by ETNews say Samsung's next foldable generation could include five devices, among them two wide models and a new tri-fold.

Samsung is reportedly preparing to expand its foldable phone range to as many as five models in the coming year, according to reports from Engadget and GSMArena.
Citing insiders who spoke to ETNews, GSMArena reported that the lineup, referred to as the Galaxy Z9 generation, would consist of five devices. These are said to include a wide Z Fold9, a second wide foldable, a Z Fold9 Ultra, a Z Flip9, and a new Galaxy Z TriFold. This suggests Samsung intends to keep the Z Flip line active rather than discontinue it.
According to the same report, the lower-cost Z Flip FE is no longer part of the plan.
