
Samsung Reportedly Preparing Five Foldables for Galaxy Z9 Generation
Insiders cited by South Korean outlet ETNews say Samsung is developing two wide foldables plus a tri-fold, expanding its next foldable lineup to five devices.

Samsung is said to be planning an expanded foldable lineup for its next Galaxy Z9 generation, according to insider claims relayed by South Korean outlet ETNews and reported by GSMArena and Android Authority.
The reports indicate the company has begun development on two wide foldable devices and has shared plans with its supply chain partners. GSMArena counts a total of five devices in the Z9 generation: the wide Z Fold9, a second wide foldable, a Z Fold9 Ultra, the Z Flip9, and a new Galaxy Z TriFold. GSMArena also reported that the cheaper Z Flip FE has been discontinued.
