Samsung to Unveil New Galaxy S26 Family Member on August 27
Samsung has scheduled a livestreamed event for next Thursday, widely expected to introduce the Galaxy S26 FE.

Samsung has confirmed it will present a new addition to its Galaxy S26 line-up on Thursday, August 27, at an event it is calling the "Galaxy Event August 2026". The presentation will begin at noon UTC (12pm) and will be streamed on Samsung.com and the company's YouTube channel, according to GSMArena.
Samsung has not officially named the device. GSMArena reported that the model is expected to be the Galaxy S26 FE, though the company has not released official specifications for it.
Ahead of the announcement, a leaked EPREL label has circulated. According to GSMArena, it showed an A rating for energy efficiency, an A rating for drop resistance, and a C rating for repairability. The same label listed a battery rated at 1,200 cycles.
