
Skello Secures €200M to Grow AI Workforce Platform Across Europe
Paris-based Skello has raised €200 million in a round led by Bridgepoint to expand its AI-driven scheduling and workforce tools for frontline businesses across Europe.

Skello, a Paris-headquartered software company that builds tools for managing frontline staff, has raised €200 million to fund its next stage of European growth. The round is led by the investment firm Bridgepoint, with existing backers Partech and XAnge reinvesting alongside the founders and management team.
The deal is one to watch from an Africa–Europe perspective. Companies in retail, hospitality and services across the continent face the same operational challenge Skello targets — organising shift work and complying with local labour rules — and expansion by European workforce-tech providers often shapes the tools and pricing that eventually reach African markets.
