Strategy, the company best known for amassing one of the largest corporate Bitcoin holdings in the world, has introduced a fresh capital plan aimed at quieting growing speculation that its financing structure could unravel. As Cointelegraph reported, the overhaul combines buybacks, bigger cash buffers and the possibility of Bitcoin sales — a notable shift for a firm that has long positioned itself as a relentless accumulator of the asset.
What the new plan includes
According to Cointelegraph, the revamped strategy centers on several moving parts. The company intends to repurchase shares of its common stock, trading under the MSTR ticker, as well as its STRC instrument. Alongside the buybacks, Strategy plans to expand its cash reserves, giving it a larger liquidity cushion to draw on during periods of market stress.
