
Zurich's Aeon Acquires Aware Health, Pushing Total Seed Funding Past €12M
The preventive healthcare startup Aeon has closed a Seed extension and acquired German blood diagnostics platform Aware Health, lifting its total Seed funding above €12 million.

Aeon, a Zurich-based preventive healthcare company developing AI-powered whole-body health check-ups, has closed a Seed extension and acquired the German blood diagnostics platform Aware Health, according to EU-Startups.
The extension takes Aeon's total Seed funding beyond €12 million (about $14 million). It follows the company's €8.2 million Seed round raised in June 2025. Araya Ventures co-led the new round, with participation from existing backers Concentric, GoHub Ventures, Kadmos Capital, Calm/Storm Ventures, N V Capital and Bigwave Capital.
