A series of venture financings announced across the United States and Europe highlights sustained investor demand for companies building AI software, infrastructure and safety tools.
Factory and Temporal lead US rounds
San Francisco-based Factory raised $200 million at a $5 billion valuation to expand its platform for autonomous software development, according to Ventureburn. The round drew backing from Blackstone, Khosla Ventures and Sequoia Capital, with Insight Partners, Evantic Capital and Sound Ventures also taking part. Angel investors included Nico Rosberg, Brad Gerstner and Marc Benioff. Founded in 2023 by Matan Grinberg and Eno Reyes, Factory has now pushed its total funding above $400 million. The valuation more than tripled from the $1.5 billion mark it reached in April, when it raised $150 million. Factory's platform lets enterprises build, test and maintain software using AI agents, and can run through managed cloud infrastructure or be deployed on-premises.
