Voice generation has become one of the fastest-moving areas of artificial intelligence, yet many synthetic voices still sound flat and mechanical. Rime, a Silicon Valley startup, is positioning itself to address that gap after closing a $24 million Series A round, according to Ventureburn.
The raise adds to a growing global pipeline of enterprise-focused voice AI tools that businesses across Europe and Africa are increasingly evaluating for customer service, telephony, and other conversational applications.
