
Firmus Secures $2B to Grow AI Infrastructure Across Asia-Pacific
Australian AI infrastructure firm Firmus raised $2 billion in equity funding, nearly doubling its valuation to more than $10.5 billion post-money.

Australian artificial intelligence infrastructure company Firmus has raised $2 billion in new equity funding to support expansion across Australia and Asia-Pacific markets, Ventureburn reported.
The capital will accelerate the buildout of large-scale AI computing facilities in the region. Existing backers Coatue and Nvidia took part in the round, joined by new investors including Blackstone Tactical Opportunities, additional Blackstone vehicles and Jane Street.
The financing values Firmus at more than $10.5 billion post-money, roughly double its valuation from an April round. Total equity raised by the company over the past year now exceeds $3 billion.
