
Bitcoin Climbs Past 200-Day Moving Average After US Treasury Buyback Move
BTC rose above $75,000 and reclaimed its 200-day moving average for the first time in nine months following an expansion of US Treasury bond buybacks.

Bitcoin has moved above its 200-day moving average for the first time since November 2025, a level that traders watch closely for signs that a lengthy downtrend may be easing, according to reporting from BitKE and Cointelegraph.
The price of BTC climbed above $75,000, adding gains of more than 13%, after the US Treasury said it would at least double the size of its liquidity-support buybacks for longer-dated Treasuries to a minimum of $4 billion per operation, BitKE reported. The move initially sent long-term Treasury yields lower and improved risk appetite across financial markets.
