
JPMorgan Ends Banking Relationship With Polymarket Over Regulatory Concerns

JPMorgan Chase ended its banking relationship with the prediction-market platform Polymarket in October 2025, citing regulatory concerns, according to a Financial Times report cited by Cointelegraph and BitKE. The bank reportedly instructed Polymarket to secure another lender, which the platform has since done.
Despite the split, JPMorgan is said to have maintained other connections with Polymarket, including operational relationships and possible capital-markets business. Cointelegraph reported that the bank remains open to an underwriting role should the platform pursue a public listing.
