
Nigeria's SEC Admits Yellow Card, Blockchain Africa, Pisi to Crypto Sandbox
The Securities and Exchange Commission has cleared three more virtual asset firms for its Accelerated Regulatory Incubation Programme, bringing the total to 12 since July.

Nigeria's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has admitted three additional firms into its Accelerated Regulatory Incubation Programme (ARIP), a regulatory sandbox for virtual asset service providers and digital investment platforms.
According to the SEC, the newly admitted entities are Pisi Payment Solutions, the parent company of Nigerian fintech YDPay; BC Access (Nigeria) Limited, the legal entity of Blockchain Africa, described by TechCabal as a subsidiary of the global cryptocurrency exchange Blockchain; and Yellow Card, a stablecoin infrastructure startup.
