Cryptocurrency exchange Bybit has secured backing from a US federal court in its civil case seeking to recover funds tied to a February 2025 hack that drained about $1.5 billion in digital assets.
According to BitKE, the Dubai-based exchange filed the civil suit against North Korea, its intelligence agency, and the Lazarus Group.
